Anil Kumar Das, Chairperson-cum-Director
A Ph. D. from Jawaharlal Nehru University in Social Science , Dr. Das has so far executed several prestigious action and research projects on issues like urban informal sector, livelihood needs of women and children, child rights, consumer rights, education and criminal justice administration. His key expertise includes project planning, project management and qualitative & quantitative research. He has produced several project reports and research papers on the above-stated issues and is a regular participant in seminars, workshops and such other events.

Rakesh Kumar, Senior Project Officer
A Post Graduate in Sociology and a Graduate in Agriculture, Mr. Kumar has vast experience in executing different projects on rural development. His expertise includes capacity building & training, entrepreneurship development, field data collection through large-scale surveys, and monitoring & evaluation of action projects.

Chandradeo Lall, Manager (Resource Generation)
A Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) with specialisation in Marketing and Information Technology, Mr. Lall is responsible for fund raising, liaison and networking for the organisation.

Sangita Das, Coordinator (Research & Administration)
A Post Graduate in Economics, the expertise of Mrs. Das includes research on different socio-economic issues like child labour, women’s empowerment and education. Her experience also covers office administration.

Imdadul Haque, Project Officer
Md. Haque is a social science Post Graduate and has experience in social science research and project management. He is responsible for grassroots-level implementation of projects.

A Post Graduate in Political Science and Post Graduate Diploma in Public Relations, Ms. Chowdhary is responsible for communication, coordination and partnership building activities of the organisation. She also handles research assignments.
